We speak frequently about the impressive places that can be known out of our borders, but the true thing is that in Spain there are also many places that are really impressive.
In Soria there is one of them: one treats as the Cannon of the Rio Wolves, a really impressive place. From above, we can see a green line to the fund of the cannon, forests of pine and holm oak that they give us an impressive scenery, which is perfect for the lovers of the photo.
How to come?
We can come from Soria for the N-112 up to reaching the Market town of Osma. Once you are in this point, it is necessary to take the regional one SO-920 up to coming to Ucero.
What to see?
The Center of Interpretation of the Cannon of the Rio Wolves is in the Ucero outskirts. It is precisely this people, in addition to Hontoria of the Pine grove, the fact that one of the most impressive delimits this impressive ravine, undoubtedly, of the province.
The walls of the cannon come to height of hundred meters, an impressive sight from which it is possible to meditate, as we were saying, the forest that wraps the footpath for which the river mends Wolves. If we begin the way from the bridge on the river, we will come at once to a pine grove and to the chapel of San Bartolomé, from which it separates us approximately one hour.
It is a question of an interesting Romanesque chapel, which construction we owe the templarios, which raised it in the XIIIth century, making a clear trace of his presence like that in the area. In the walls that exist after the chapel, we can see also a series of caves.
The river disappears between the trees, but soon we find it again, there comes to the Hontoria people, an enclave in which it is worth doing a stop.
